Refund Policy
At Green Giraffe, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and the positive experience we aim to provide with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Whether it’s a sizing issue, a change of mind, or a product not meeting your expectations, we’re here to make the return process as seamless as possible.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received. It should be free from any stains, odours, or alterations.
- Original Packaging: The item should be returned in its original packaging, with any and all tags attached. This helps us ensure the item is still in sellable condition.
- Proof of Purchase: You will be asked to provide a proof of purchase in order for your return/refund to be processed. Please keep any and all email confirmations from your purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@greengiraffe.es with your order details and the reason for the return and our team will guide you through the process.
*Please note that any costs and fees incurred by items being returned that fall under consumer error, including but not limited to; wrong size of product ordered, change of mind, gift returns and duplicate orders must be borne by the consumer.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Please allow up to a minimum of 7 business days for us to process your return once it arrives at our HQ. After inspection:
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take several days to reflect in your account. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items that are returned with obvious signs of use, or any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards, final sale items, and any products marked as "non-returnable" or "clearance" at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@greengiraffe.es.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- International Returns: For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and any other fees associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
